Vision

"To create a world class charity cookbook that both showcases and celebrates the eclectic mix of cuisine available in the north east of Scotland".

This unique collection of recipes will be donated by local restaurants, eateries, Scottish personalities & very special guest chefs.

All proceeds will be distributed to 2 fantastic charities who really make a difference to both young & old:

• CLAN - Cancer Link Aberdeen & North (covers Grampian, Orkney and Shetland)
• ARCHIE - Aberdeen Childrens Hospital (covers Grampian, Orkney and Shetland)

Every £ will go to charity

• The aim is to have 100% of publishing fees covered through sponsorship
• No salaries or expenses  are to be claimed by the charity - Management, time, website, planning, photography etc ....... will all be donated.
• Recipes will all  be donated by local restaurants, personalities & special guests.
